Order Cancellations & Refunds

At Posh Lube, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. While it makes us sad to see you cancel your order, we are committed to making the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

Order Cancellations

  1. Before Fulfillment:
    If you need to cancel your order, we are more than happy to assist you with a full refund, provided your order has not yet been picked up by our fulfillment team. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order before it is processed.

  2. After Fulfillment:
    If your order has already been picked up by our fulfillment team, it will be processed and shipped out to you. Unfortunately, once the order is in transition, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you will need to follow our return policy outlined below to receive a refund.

Refunds

  1. Eligible Refunds:
    Once your order is in transit, you will need to return the product to us in its original, unopened condition to receive a refund. Please note that any items returned must meet our return policy requirements, which include the product being unopened and with the seal sticker intact.

  2. Discounted Return Labels:
    To make the return process easier, we are happy to offer a discounted return label upon request. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  3. Shipping Fees:
    If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund when you return the product.
